With a background in social justice, community relations and organizing volunteers and campaigns, Kathleen knows how to communicate in ways that get results. Along with formal education, she’s learned marketing and sales from the Disney College Program and social media and guest relations from Walt Disney World. With fluency in technology (and French, pour mémoire) she’s a savvy and innovative addition to any project requiring precision and versatility.
Passionate about social justice and improving the lives of others through nonprofit organization management and marketing, communication is more than a job for Kathleen. She’s conducted graduate-level research in the effectiveness of social media for nonprofits, is an accomplished speaker, teacher and events coordinator and planner, and has helped organizations understand and communicate with their audiences throughout her academic and professional career. Some might call her an overachiever, but we fondly think of her as an ambitious up-and-comer, crushing roadblocks and exceeding objectives with efficiency and enthusiasm.
Education: Master of Arts degree in communications with a concentration in public relations from Southern New Hampshire University; Bachelor of Arts degree in peace and justice studies with a minor in French from Saint Anselm College
Kathleen is as quick with a quirky pun as she is with a targeted media strategy, ready to make any project more fun and efficient. She balances her professional pursuits by hanging by a thread (literally) more than 15 feet in the air practicing aerial yoga and, when right-side-up, enjoys photography and a good cat meme.
