Cookson Communications has been approved to provide communications-related services to the U.S. Government through a Government Services Administration (GSA) Schedule enabling the firm to access numerous contract opportunities annually through a streamlined process. The formal approval was received in five specific service areas: marketing, advertising, public relations, graphic design and web-based marketing and development for an initial five-year period.

GSA approval gives Cookson Communications a government-wide contract with pre-approved pricing, terms and conditions, and products and services. The initial contract runs for five years with the potential for three five-year extensions. The company is the only firm in Northern New England to receive approval in any of these five communication-related service areas. GSA approval enables companies to sell products or services to the U.S. Government through a GSA Schedule contract. Such contractors have cleared their products and services, pricing and procurement regulations with GSA, making the purchasing process faster and more efficient. The GSA Schedules Program is one of the largest programs and the most preferred for commercial products and services.
