The NH Office of Workforce Opportunity and the State Workforce Innovation Board funded the Sector Partnerships Initiative to raise awareness of the advantages and opportunities for employers, industry sectors and job seekers of New Hampshire’s major economic sectors, including manufacturing, health care, technology, hospitality and construction. Our team was selected through a competitive grant process to develop and support all marketing efforts for the initiative.
We created a marketing plan to brand, promote and create awareness of the SPI program. We designed and developed the website and all marketing collateral for SPI and the five industry-specific sectors within the initiative. To promote the initiative, we developed, managed and coordinated seven collaborative “Workforce Roadshow” tours that engaged workforce stakeholders and drew more than 300 attendees statewide.
Our team worked closely with the advisors from each sector as well as the internal and external stakeholders from participating organizations to ensure cohesive messaging, while producing relevant and engaging content for the website.
