National, multi-campus university restructures marketing & communications.
Our multi-year project with Antioch University focused on creating operational efficiencies, enhancing marketing and communications across the university, centralizing core services across campuses, rebuilding teams and outsourcing PR. Outsourced PR led to a 43% increase in media hits to a total of 3,079; the Seattle campus alone had six features on their ABC affiliate TV station; operational costs were reduced with central web, creative and communications services. As a result, our efforts changed the way promotional work had been done for decades.
